I mistakenly ordered the XS and meant to order the XL. This item was on sale and these were the only 2 sizes available. I understand sale items are non refundable but I asked for an exchange of the XS for the XL. They would not do that. I have my first grandchild and I have bought several baby items from K & L. This is the only request I have made and was very disappointed that they would not honor an exchange one time. I would have been willing to pay the return shipping fee also.
