Delivery times are based on when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse. During launches, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible but we ask for 3-5 business days due to heavy order influxes. Selecting priority shipping will speed it up once it's in transit but still takes 1-2 business regularly and 3-5 business days on launches.
As soon as the order is shipped out to you, you will receive a handy dandy email so you can track your purchase all the way to your doorstep!
If shipping outside of the United States custom charges may apply... these fees do not come to us they are fees your country charges and we cannot be held responsible for them.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse. Please be sure to select Route Package Protection to cover any lost or stolen packages. If you do not insure your package with Route, we will not be held liable any items lost in transit or stolen.
We are happy to accept returns within 21 days of purchase. All items must be unwashed and unworn with the tags still on. To initiate the return process email email@example.com.
Please note that holiday apparel is final sale and we cannot accept a return. This includes Christmas, Valentine's, St. Patricks Day, Easter, 4th of July, etc.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the ability to accept exchanges. You can follow the return policy and re-purchase the item. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Once you place an order on our site, it gets processed in our warehouse almost immediately, which has an entirely different system. After your order syncs to the warehouse, the warehouse preps the package for shipment. Due to this, we are not able to modify orders for any reason. This includes changing the address, size, etc. Please triple check the order before you place it to ensure accuracy.
*Even if you want to change an order **right after you place it** and send us an email, we don't always get to your email right away (allow 24-48 hours) so it's too hard for us to make these changes. We apologize.
